Refund policy

CLAIMS, REFUNDS & RETURNS:

a. If there is a question of quality and if a claim is required then I (the customer) must contact Sex Supply Shop to file a claim within 30 days of delivery.
b. In the case of a return or a refund all product in question must be shipped back to Sex Supply Shop  in the same condition is was received.
i. Shipping costs on orders that have been shipped or received are non-refundable.
i.e. Shipping costs are only refundable on orders that have not been marked as completed or those that have not been shipped.
