Refund & Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

7-Day Returns

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and any hygiene or tamper-evident seals intact. For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed intimate products cannot be returned for change of mind, except where required by law.

To request a return, contact info@sexsupplyshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping anything back. Unless we made an error or the product arrived defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

After the authorized return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for eligible returned merchandise to the original payment method. Refund posting time depends on the payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item does not work on arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery when possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the packaging and item if available. After reviewing the claim, we will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions when a return is necessary. We will send a replacement at no additional cost after receiving and inspecting the affected item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

The 24-hour notification request does not restrict any consumer rights under applicable law. Please contact us if you discover a defect later.
